We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the role of Registered Dietitian (Temporary 18 month Contract). We are actively expanding our therapy/rehabilitation program and are looking for professionals who want to be a part of this exciting growth.
Registered Dietitians uses their clinical skills and assessment tools to perform a thorough assessment of each client. They then create appropriate goals in conjunction with the Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) to treat the client. As a whole, our Dietitians provide exceptional care to clients in order to help clients reach their goals.
This position covers the Huron and Perth County areas and because it is community-based, there will be travel between and within these different locations.
In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
