We are currently looking for someone to join our team in the role of Organizational Culture and DEI Manager. This role is hybrid and has flexibility to work both remotely and in one of our offices within Ontario. There may be infrequent travel to offices within the province.
The Organizational Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Manager will contribute to fostering an environment where diversity is celebrated, and every employee feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. They will lead shaping CarePartners culture and implementing strategies that encompasses initiatives in diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, engagement, employee attraction and retention.

In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
