We are currently looking for a Director of Data Analytics to join our team!
The Director of Data Analytics will drive data-led decision-making through data analytics, data mining, data visualization, data tools, and infrastructure. This role will be pivotal in providing insights that drive business performance and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable information strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals. They will work with key business leaders to identify, develop and deliver relevant data, reports and dashboards to support day-to-day, historical and future operations. This role is responsible for overseeing BI projects, guiding a team of analysts to ensure data alignment with organizational goals.
The Director of Data Analytics is also responsible for ensuring that all data processes adhere to CarePartners data governance framework, maintaining high standards of data quality, security, and compliance.
The Director of Data Analytics serves as a key member on CarePartners digital transformation committee, with a primary focus of ensuring the seamless collection and reporting of data among CarePartners core operational and financial systems (ERP and eHR). They will work collaboratively to carry out this complex work to manage, support, and integrate CarePartners systems.
Department and Operations
In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings. Through our Community Nursing Services outreach program, we’ve been organizing staff-led medical care and clinics in countries with poor access to health care since 2009.
