As a Personal Support Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission: ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred Community Health Services. You will oversee and support a team of Personal Support Workers, coordinating care that allows clients to remain safely and independently in their homes. Your leadership will directly influence client outcomes, employee satisfaction, and the overall excellence of care we provide.

Position Details:
Full-Time (Temporary, 12-Month Contract)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday
Participation in the Branch Manager On-Call rotation, including evenings and weekends
