The DRN works from their home on a private computer accessing information sent by the eHomeCare Support Worker via a handheld smart phone to a secure portal, a chat line, and phone communication.  The DRNdirects the eHomeCare Support Worker to provide safe, compassionate, skill and evidence-based palliative/pediatric care to patients in their own home, ensuring the patient’s symptoms are managed and the family is supported.    This is a Part-Time position.    Hours of work are from 11 PM - 7 AM and 8 AM - 8 PM inclusive of weekends and on-call work.
